Not at all. Most of Natalie's students start as complete beginners. Every class is designed to be accessible, and you'll never be made to feel behind or out of place.
Are online sessions just as effective?
Yes — the online experience is just as personal and guided as in-person. All you need is a mat, a quiet space, and a stable internet connection.
Can I mix and match different classes?
Absolutely. Many students combine yoga, pilates, and meditation throughout the week. Natalie can help you figure out what combination works best for your goals.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
That's exactly what the free consultation is for. You'll have a relaxed chat with Natalie before committing to anything, so there's no pressure to decide upfront.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance with no issues. Life happens — and we're flexible.
Is Reiki suitable for everyone?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that is safe for almost everyone. If you have any specific health concerns, just mention them during your free consultation and Natalie will advise accordingly.
